New Clients - Fringers
We love to spoil our fringers with a nice, long shampoo and relaxing head massage. We Kindly request you arrive 10 minutes before you scheduled appointment time.
Service Deposits
Beyond the Fringe requires a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit deposit. Customers who provide ample notice of cancellation (24hrs or more notice) will have their deposit reverted to customer credit and applied to a future service.
Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
we do our best to accommodate Walk-Ins but do not always have availability to do so. we strongly encourage pre booking appointments.
Walk ins
We do not issue refunds on Deposits, salon services, custom extension orders, and/or gift certificates. Hair products can be exchanged for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase.
